Easy Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Serves 8
Ingredients:
4 packages frozen Steamable broccoli with cheese sauce
1 onion, diced and sautéed
2 cloves garlic, minced and sautéed
1 tsp thyme
2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp course ground pepper
2 packages Velveeta Cheese Sauce
3 drops of red food coloring
Topping:
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
-Sauté onions 2-3 minutes, then add garlic and sauté an additional 2-3 minutes
-Place cheese sauce in mixing bowl and add dye, stir to combine
-Add other ingredients (not topping) and mix
-Spray an alumnimum half pan or 2 9X13 baking dishes and place broccoli mixture in the pans
-Mix melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers and spread on top
-Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes
