Sports Day Wings
Ingredients:
Approximately 30 wings (drums and flats)
Brine:
1 gal Water
2/3 cup Kosher salt
3 tbsp granulated garlic
Rub:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp granulated garlic
3 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp onion powder
Couple dashes preferred hot sauce

Directions:
Boil and cool brine to room temperature.
Place chicken in brine for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Rinse brine off chicken and rub with mixture.
Grill on indirect heat for approximately 15 min each side, or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
*Be very careful and have fire extinguisher handy
Place a cast iron pan with about half inch of Vegetable or Canola oil on direct heat.
Fry each wing for about 20 seconds each side (to get them extra crispy
